professional football and the inspirational character for my book,

Pioneer in an Organization, will be at the White House along
with
the other undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins on Tuesday August 20th.

I am a management professor with a strong interest and
experience in managing and valuing diversity in organizations.

My interest has developed after working in several large and
successful corporations in the Northeast the past 25 years.
Through this experience I have observed how important valuing,
managing and understanding diversity can be toward the success
of an organization and its employees.

works: one relationship, one team and one organization at a time.
One of the ways I support my mission is through this web site which will provide a variety of
information on diversity in organizations and eventually be a site from which to collect research
and research ideas pertaining to diversity.
