I am a management professor with a strong interest and experience in managing and valuing diversity in organizations. My interest has developed after working in several large and successful corporations in the Northeast the past 25 years. Through this experience I have observed how important valuing, managing and understanding diversity can be toward the success of an organization and toward the success of all people who work for an organization. - My personal mission is to - Improve how America works: one relationship, one team and one organization at a time.
